Dr. Palta’s practice focuses on corporate law and commercial, mergers & acquisitions and real estate law. She is renowned for an expertise in large scale M&A transactions with a focus on private equity and venture capital investments in their leveraged buy-out M&A projects as well as strategic investments in their several projects both in Turkish and cross-border. She has led several comprehensive legal due diligence processes for a number of multi-national companies which involved negotiation and drafting of transaction documents and closing of M&A transactions.

She represented multinational and local clients in their long-term strategic business planning and day-to-day operations and provided legal advice covering a broad spectrum of legal services from company incorporation to restructuring as well as spin-off and merger processes. In addition, she has been part of several real estate development projects where she has acted for individuals or corporate investors in carrying out legal due diligence and financing processes as well as drafting and negotiating relevant architectural design and construction agreements. 

Dr. Palta has been actively advising clients in various industries including tourism and leisure, aviation, IT, transportation, education, energy, manufacturing, retail and real estate sectors for high profile and strategic transactions which include cross-border acquisitions and international joint ventures.

She has been arbitrator at Dispute Resolution Committee at the Turkish Football Federation since November 2014.
